Appendix Ten:
What do Islam and Mainline Christianity
Have in Common?

There is a very real sense in which Islam and Christendom are very close to complete fellowship. Evangelicals, the denominations, and even some alleged Fundamentalists have this in common-- They all have made their own religion.

The faith once delivered must be contended for:

Jude 1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

The vast majority of Christians worldwide are content to measure their religion, and their personal life, by the worst of the ungodly world. They see that wicked men run to whores, so they only run to good godly hustlers in the church house. They see that worldly women take all their clothes off, so they take only 80% of their clothes off for the lust of good godly men. Christian hypocrite men see that wicked men rip off the company funds, so they only cheat a little on their income tax returns.

The standard of Islam is similar. Muslim men would never allow their wives or daughters to go out uncovered, and they make sure they are modest at all times. These same men, when out of town on business, will visit whores and sodomite pimps, and they will always visit restaurants that provide belly dancers. This goes back to Muhammed. He would not permit the women to go uncovered in public, but he married a nine year old girl and consummated the marriage at once. This would be seen today as wicked, but in the prophet, well, it is OK because he was so holy in other areas of his life.

The standard of true Bible believers is far from either the general standards of Christendom, from the Pope to many Baptists in the USA, and the Bible believer's standard is also far from Islam and the filthy ways of Muhammed. Note who the Bible believer uses as his standard:

Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

The true Bible believer looks unto Jesus as the standard. This upward look measures the life of the believer by Jesus and his life as we see it in the New Testament. The fallen and fake follower of Christendom and Islam looks at himself and the human examples around him as the standard. In the following verse Paul talks about the degrading principle of measuring ourselves by ourselves and those around us instead of the rule of God:

2 Corinthians 10:12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.
13 But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.

This is why Osama bin Laden is approved by nearly all Muslims. There is nothing in the teachings of Muhammed and the Koran which approves or disapproves of what Osama did. So, the best Muslim can rejoice at the death and suffering in the World Trade Center. Did not Muhammed exalt Jihad in the Hadith. The number of Hadith on Jihad is greater than any other subject in the Hadith.

Hinduism is the lowest form of religion on earth. The most devout Hindu is not asked to change one lust or sin in his life. If he piles up more Karma (bad debt in the divine ledger) than he performs Dharma (good deeds on the other side of the ledger), he can simply laugh it off and assume he will have another of the 12,000 cycles of reincarnation which the Hindu must endure. No Hindu knows where he is in the 12,000 reincarnations, so he can live like the devil, yet he only has to assume that he may come back at a lower level than he is right now, and he will have many chances to work his way to the Brahman mind. This is the ultimate destination. Everything in Hinduism is based on me gratifying myself as I work my way to my final destiny. This works its way out in the terrible manner in which Hindus treat each other. Husbands are almost all bisexual, and their wives must endure the most demeaning marriage relationships, and when the husband is away, the mother-in-law treats the wife like so much rubbish. This results in many suicides by Hindu wives. If they do not kill themselves, their husbands will arrange a "kitchen fire" to kill them so that the husband can find a new fresh sex pot for a new wife. This is the rule, not the exception.

The Mahatma Ghandi was the classic hypocrite. He talked and seemed to promote peaceful resistance and living in harmony. He talked about people being kind to one another. Yet, this filthy scum of the earth went to South Africa in his early adult life for the sole purpose of killing Zulus on behalf of the British military.

Now, imagine a Muslim in India as he looks at this horrible religion of greed and evil mannered people. By contrast, the Muslim must treat his wife by certain rules of consideration. His wife must be modest and protected from the evil of Hindu lusting eyes. The Muslim does not pass by the beggars in the street and console himself that the beggar must work off his bad Karma by suffering, so there is no need to give him alms. The Muslim gives alms out of a certain genuine motive of wanting to help and be kind and fair. The Muslim will not buy a dead animal to butcher and sell the meat to local Christians as the Hindu will. The Muslim treats the Christians the same way he treats anyone else. The Muslim will not sell his wormy candy to the children of low caste people. The Muslim will throw the candy away.

Now, having seen HIMSELF in comparison with HIS HINDU NEIGHBOR, don't you see how the Muslim thinks very well of himself. He has rearranged his human nature so that he performs, and I believe sincerely, many acts of religious zeal on a vastly higher plain than the filthy Hindu. The problem is, the standard of the Muslim is his own definition of goodness, and the definition of a prophet from Mecca in 625 AD. Allah is far away and very impersonal. The sayings of a man named Muhammed, and the sincere efforts of the man himself are the highest his religion ever rises.

Listen to Paul speak of the inner nature of a saint to whom he wrote a letter:

Philemon 1:4 I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers,
5 Hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints;
6 That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

You see, the key was that all of Philemon's inner qualities were founded in Jesus Christ, not himself, and not in Paul's zeal for religion.

What does the Bible say about those who make rules and religious declarations which are contrary to the written Word of God and Jesus Christ?

Romans 16:17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

The most sincere sayings and acts of Muhammed are defective, for he failed to look to Jesus Christ as the author of true religion:

Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

As time goes on, and as the end of the Age of Grace approaches, the world church and Islam will come more and more to see things the same way. The ground of their deepest and most sincere religious zeal will be 100% based on their own human natures. Many will have standards which are much higher than the wicked men around them, but the religion will still be man made. In this, all religions on earth, including Judaism, are equally defective. Even men like Billy Graham have been talking about how God will not reject a sincere Buddhist, and Jack Van Impe is redefining salvation to accept the process and works religion of the Roman Catholic Church.

Let me talk about one example crass religious mockery by alleged Christians. In the area of war and Jihad, the alleged Christian community, Anglo-Saxons in particular, can talk of peace so grandly, but when the opportunity to pound Bosnia or Iraq is made reasonable, the power and might expended is awesome. The most narrow Fundamental Baptists will wave the flag, and they will scream for blood, never realizing that they are scheduled to spend 1000 years soon in the Kingdom of Messiah in which no war will be permitted. The most conservative Christians are rising in wrath at the call of President Bush who said he got religion after having a cup of tea with Billy Graham. Bush has exalted sodomy, and he has shown NO zeal for the Lord Jesus Christ since taking up residence in the White House. Never mind, Bush gets carte blanche to massacre anyone he wants in the Middle East from rowdy Baptists all over America.

Restraint is thrown to the wind, and the Blairs and Bushes scream for blood. The same is true in Islam. The Jews with their bloody Judaism are not far behind. Almost all the leaders of Israel since 1948 have the blood of British troops and Arab people on their hands-- the Zionists killed Arabs from day one as they wrested the land back into their own grip. And, alleged Christians like Jerry Falwell and Marv Rosenthal will tell you the blood shed is just great because God wants the Jews back in the land. Never mind that this is NOT part of the Age of Grace promise. Messiah is to do this, and not with the violence of Zionist supremacy.

So, the true Bible believer must stand apart from the folly of looking at those around him and measuring himself by their puny little standard. The rantings of the mad Mullah of Calgary and of Ahmed Deedat in South Africa are not far from the rage of alleged Christians in the USA as they call in hate for the blood of Muslims in the Middle East. The message comes from hard shelled KJV only Baptist preachers. It must be God's will, right? Maybe the message is counterfeit-- did you ever wonder? Look here:

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

So, walk carefully dear Bible believer, and look unto Jesus for your zeal and convictions:

Jude 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

Are you looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life to take root in the hearts of Muslims, even those who hate us? If not, you are not born again. You are an alien to the life of Jesus Christ as he lived it in his time on this earth. Robert Morey has published a book which exposes many of the evil matters of Islam. But, there is no Gospel in the book. Morey could not care less if all the Muslims went to hell. He is Reformed and Reconstructionist, and the words of a man, John Calvin, rule Morey's heart. So, the man has no zeal to see the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ take place in a Muslim's heart.

God have mercy on you poor fools who live with a self-exalting religion-- a cheap religion-- a mongrel religion hatched in hell. You need to repent and be converted and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. How can I be so bold? I happen to know that Jesus Christ does NOT birth self-love, and that is the chief doctrine of all religions. Please repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Thus, Islam and mainline Christianity have this in common-- They are both man made religions designed to make the follower feel sincerely fulfilled in his zeal to make a good show of his life. But, they never look up and see Jesus Christ. I have to conclude that soon both religions will run together in perfect harmony-- the harmony of mongrel religion.
