CHAPTER
TWENTY ONE:
Muhammed, THE GURU There is a vast
difference between a prophet and a guru. A prophet comes to people in the name
of their god, and he declares a message directly from their god. The reverence
of the people is directed by the prophet toward their god, not the prophet. On
the other hand, a guru comes to the people with a very private message. A
guru claims some vague association with the gods, but his objective is to form
a following of people who are totally beholding to him, the alternate of the god,
for every detail of life. The god is kept far away, lest he interfere with the
guru's lust for power and his leeching on the people for sustenance. The most
powerful picture of this self-serving mongrel religious game is found in India
and Hinduism. My friend, Bansal Singh, owned a shop in Eldoret, Kenya. I would
talk to him about the uniqueness of The Lord Jesus Christ, and Bansal would tell
me about Guru Nanak. No matter how I contrasted Jesus with guru Nanak's small
mind, Bansal would conclude, "Your Jesus is just like Guru Nanak." Finally, I
was able to show him that Jesus Christ claimed to be God, while Guru Nanak rejected
Christ's claims. The guru's followers worshipped Nanak and kissed his writings,
while their god languished from neglect. This is why we cannot compare Jesus with
Muhammed, as he hoped we would. Jesus Christ is the Judge of Muhammed according
to the Bible and in this book. A number of years ago, Ruth Carter Stapleton,
who claimed to be a "Christian" health expert, was at a holistic conference for
New Age empty heads, where she fit very well. Christian press reporters tried
in vain to speak with her, but she avoided all contact with Christians. One
reporter picked up a conversation between Ruth Stapleton and the representative
of a guru in India. The disciple of the guru commented to Ruth Stapleton, regarding
her books and speeches, "I think your Jesus and my guru are very much alike."
Ruth Stapleton responded, "I think so, I think so." This lady, sister of alleged
Baptist, Jimmy Carter, has failed to see that Jesus Christ is God, not an alternate
guru. So, Muslims are not the only ones in need of light in this study. Though
he claimed to be a prophet, by any definition, Muhammed was a guru. Gurus were
not well defined in his day, but it is now easy to see that his claim to be a
prophet was totally uncharacteristic of the Bible prophets whom he claimed to
follow. Previous chapters of this book have shown us the Hadith with all of its
fine details of bathroom training, nose blowing, and just about every small detail
of life. This is the first evidence of Muhammed's guruistic nature. Like the Pharisees
of Jesus' day, the guru uses detailed codes of life to put the people into bondage
to himself. But let us go on to see his words and those of his followers. They
are the words of guruism. Page 216 INTRODUCTION:
PLEASE MEET GURU MUHAMMED Islam, like Christianity, has
its catechism. It is taught in the grand Madrassas (schools) of Saudi Arabia and
under Baobab trees in Tanzania, but it is the foundation of truth to the Islamic
follower. From childhood he is drilled in the questions, and he gives the answer
in a shouting voice. The first question in the catechism is, "What is religion?"
The answer: "Religion is what Allah revealed by the mouth of his Prophet, of Wisdom,
such as the knowledge of the attributes of Allah, and Prayer, and Almsgiving."
It is evident that Muhammed is the foundation of all truth in Islam. All Bible
prophets are cast aside, and their writings are used only to destroy those prophets,
mock the authority of the God of the Bible, and blaspheme his Son, The Lord Jesus
Christ. To further establish the role of Muhammed in Islam, the declaration
of faith is given in the catechism. To recite it is the first of five "pillars,"
or acts of faith, in Islam, and it states, "La ilaha illa `llah; Muhammed rasul
Ullah." The English translation is, "There is only one God, Allah; Muhammed is
the Apostle of Allah." The word "rasul" can also be translated, "Prophet." The
word "Ras" is used in Ethiopia for a king serving under a high king. In the Middle
East "Ras" is often prefixed to the name of a mountain or prominent place. The
word clearly puts Muhammed in the highest visible place in Islam, while Allah
is unseen and basically "out to lunch." The reader will notice, in the first
phrase, the use of "IL," the primal word for the Sumerian and Babylonian god,
Enlil. The use of the "IL" root in the third word as the generic word for a god
is damning evidence that Jehovah / El-Elyon / Elohim, or whatever Bible name you
wish, never came near Mecca. So Muhammed is the prophet of Haji Allah, the pagan
god of Babylon. On this we can all agree. (FOOTNOTE 24: 213 / 324-36 / 545-50
) We learn more from the Islamic catechism where, numerous times, Muhammed
is referred to as "Lord Muhammed." Jesus Christ said in The Bible, John 13:13,
Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am. The Bible reserves
the name "Lord" for God only, and, because he was God, Jesus Christ claimed the
title. The British custom of calling men "Lord" is a form of blasphemy, and the
majority of them are wicked men. The Apostle Peter said in The Bible, I Peter
5:2-3, Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof,
not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither
as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples (examples) to the
flock. It will be argued by the Mullahs that this is a generic title, but
the placing of the title "Lord" before the name of Muhammed and the capitalizing
of it in the English translations of the Koran, clearly gives Muhammed guruistic
divinity. Page 217 The Islamic catechism also states, "Muhammed
was a perfect man in character and attributes." This implies that he was sinless.
He said he wasn't, but one may yet be killed in a number of Islamic countries
for broaching even one question as to the life and actions of Muhammed. Muhammed's
followers have made him their infallible god for all intents and purposes.
The vast bulk of the catechism is centered on Muhammed. Allah gets almost no mention
after the first declaration we studied. This also shows the guruistic nature of
the prophet who succeeded in closeting Haji Allah and exalting himself. One attribute
that Muhammed shared with the Mary of the Roman Catholic Church (their demonic
Mary is not the Bible's Mary) is that Muhammed prayed for the dead during his
lifetime here. The Bible indicates that this is futile since it says in
Hebrews 9:27, And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the
judgment: Even Jesus Christ did not pray for the dead, and there is no place
in the Bible where a person's destiny can be altered after death. This is another
of Muhammed's guruistic attributes which makes him bigger than God. Blasphemy!
The "humble" prophet Muhammed said, "I am the most cultured of the Arabs,"
yet he had to be deloused regularly by his wives. He said, "War is treachery,"
yet he launched all sorts of wars and slaughtered men with great glee. One is
reminded of the words of another hypocrite, Franklin D. Roosevelt, when he said,
"War is Hell," then he gave the USA its greatest taste of war ever, and on one
occasion FDR gratefully accepted a bleached Japanese skull at a public rally.
After his death, Muhammed's followers enlarged the man to a clearly Messianic
and Divine level. It is said that when he was born, the palace of the Persian
emperor trembled, fourteen of its towers fell, the Mazdaean sacred fire went out,
a lake dried up, a marvellous light shone from his mother's breast, and its brightness
spread as far as Syria, and the Stars came down so close to witness his birth
that folks thought that they would fall on them. It is said that his body threw
no shadow, that flies would not settle on his garments (sorry about the lice,
it is recorded in the Hadith that he had them), and when his hair fell in the
fire it would not burn. Page 218 Muhammed even made the moon
travel seven times around the Kaaba and split in half, after which, one half went
up his right sleeve and emerged from his left sleeve. Gabriel brought Muhammed
five apples from heaven, one for himself and four for the the Caliphs. Muhammed's
apple talked with him for a while before he ate it. These miracles are the stuff
of the gurus. (FOOTNOTE 25: 133 / 303 / 1492) The above legend shows
you how the miracles, which supposedly happened to Muhammed, were not meant to
exalt Allah. Rather, they exalt Muhammed to a place in the godhead of Mecca. Just
one comparison with The Bible men is enough. In the book of Acts 14:8,
And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from
his mother's womb, who never had walked: 9 The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly
beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, 10 Said with a loud
voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked. 11 And when the people
saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia,
The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men. 14 Which when the apostles,
Barnabas and Paul, heard of, they rent their clothes, and ran in among the people,
crying out, 15 And saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like
passions with you... Here we see the power of God to heal resulted in
worship of the Apostles. Paul rejected their guruizing zeal. Bible believers are
only in awe of The Godhead from which the power to heal was directed by the Bible
prophet. Muhammed's success, in conquering the Middle East, was the result
of the spiritual malaise that had settled over the area when Arabian Christianity
was warped out of recognition by the Nestorians, Jacobites, and Aryans. The mongrel
Coptic Academy at Alexandria was discussing how many angels could dance on the
head of a pin, while its perverted Gnostic manuscripts were already migrating
toward the future Vatican basement to corrupt the Word of God. The Arabian
Jews were obsessed with the Cabbala, a warped Babylonian invention which had Elohim
in bed with the goddesses Shakhina and Lilith. The ancient religions of Babylon
offered no anchor to the Arabs since the Greeks had replaced them with their foreign
Aryan pantheon. For this reason Muhammed offered an indigenous and ego-massaging
cult which was made in the back yard of the Arabs. It felt good, so the Arabs
exalted the Arab who invented it-- Muhammed. (FOOTNOTE 26: 157 / 4-5 / 1880)
Page 219 MUHAMMED
ON MUHAMMED Next, we want to know what Muhammed said about himself.
He claimed to have the very words of Allah, so let us hear from his own lips by
way of the Koran and Hadith. Each claim will be answered by the Bible. Al
Hadis, Vol. 2, p. 102, (92) Abu Qatada reported that the Messenger of Allah said,
"Whoever has seen me has indeed seen the truth." Agreed. Bible, John
1:17, For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
If Muhammed is the person of truth in physical form, then Jesus Christ is a liar.
Note the definite article "the" in the next passage. Bible, John 14:6,
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto
the Father, but by me. Either Jesus Christ is right, and Muhammed is a blasphemer,
or Muhammed is right, and Jesus Christ is a liar. It is absurd in the extreme
for Muhammed to contradict Jesus' claim to be the exclusive truth, then turn around
and patronize Jesus by the saying, "Praise Be Upon Him." There is only one who
is the truth, Muhammed or Jesus Christ. You Mullahs are the worst hypocrites
when you say "Blessing Be Upon Him" about Jesus, then you reject his claims for
himself and, as Ahmed Deedat, intimate that Jesus was a bastard. Bible,
Ephesians 4:21, If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him,
as the truth is in Jesus: The proof is here. Jesus was carefully watched by
his enemies among the Jews for any flaw in his character. He was listened to very
carefully. No fault was found in him, as his judge, Pilate, attested. The life
and words of Jesus Christ changed lives in Galilee, and they still do. His enemies
must resort to lies in order to cast Jesus Christ aside. It was not enough to
merely look at Jesus Christ, as Muhammed suggested we should. Truth enters more
than the eyes of the beholder, rather; it changes the listener. Muhammed's
"truth" made very little impact on the vile lust of the Arab tribes of his day,
nor has his teaching changed the sinful heart since his day. Sin rages on in the
Muslim life, unchecked and undisciplined. Keeping the Five Pillars of Islam has
NOTHING to do with a change, a new life, in the follower of Muhammed. The "truth"
of Muhammed is the "light" of Lucifer, the angel of pagan "truth." The Egyptian
mystic, Dirimi reported that the Messenger of Allah said, "The first light
which Allah created was my light." When Adam got to heaven he found Muhammed's
name on Allah's throne and engraved everywhere. Adam asked, "Who then is this
Muhammed?" Allah answered, "He is thy descendant, and but for him, I should not
have created thee." Then Allah rebuked Adam for not praying to Muhammed. Dirimi
also reported, "All of creation was made of the substance of Muhammed."
Page 220 Now, if Muhammed was not eternal and in the Islamic godhead before
the world was created, pray tell, how did Haji Allah manage to consult him before
he created Adam, how could he create Adam from Muhammed's substance, and how could
Adam pray to Muhammed unless Muhammed was pre-existent and part of the deity?
This is the madness of Muhammed and the Mullahs, and it blasts Islam's monotheism
into a cocked hat. (FOOTNOTE 27: 133 / 304 and 306 / 1493) The Bible
answers in John 1:1-4, In the beginning was the Word (Jesus Christ), and
the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with
God. All things were made by him (Jesus Christ); and without him
was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light
of men. Muhammed's claim, to be the original light and the head of the
committee that brought on the creation of the world and Adam, is a rank plagiarism.
He probably heard something like this from his uncle Waraqah or some Nestorian
Christian and thought it sounded good. Well, even the modern copyright laws recognize
such trickery as theft. Bible, John 8:12, Then spake Jesus again unto them,
saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness,
but shall have the light of life. Muhammed would not follow Jesus as his Savior,
so he was in the dark, and he came up with his own second hand claim to be light.
Bible, John 9:5, (Jesus said) As long as I am in the world, I am
the light of the world. It is very clear here that Jesus Christ was the light
in the world, and, after He ascended into heaven, divine light no longer had a
physical form as Muhammed claimed. That is why we now have the Bible. It is the
only light which is physically available to us. Jesus gives the final judgment
on the "light" of Muhammed in The Bible, Matthew 6:23, But if thine eye be
evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is
in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! And so it is with the guru,
Muhammed. He is part of the darkness of this world. By now you may be wondering
if I am going too far in accusing Muhammed of selling himself as pre-existent
and in the godhead with Allah. I refer to the Koran, Sura 53:29, (English
text by A. Yusuf Ali. Allah is speaking). Therefore shun those who turn away
from Our Message, and desire nothing but the life of this world. Note:
The word "Our" has the "O" capitalized! Who is the other with Allah, who is speaking.
Is it not Muhammed? Answer: YES, and the upper case "O" makes it clear that Muhammed
is in the Islamic godhead. The Muslim translators clearly have Muhammed in a class
above the human. I say that they have something more than monotheism. Call it
a Theistic Committee if you like, in any case, calling Muhammed a guru is not
even giving him the godlike position he claimed. Now, back to the Hadith for more
revelation from the prophet. Page 221 Al Hadis, Vol. 4,
p. 341, Abu Hurairah reported from the Holy Prophet who said, "Verily, I am a
mercy that has been raised up." Attested by Darimi and Baihaqi. Muhammed IS
the mercy. The Prophet John the Baptist said in The Bible, Matthew 3:1-3,
In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, And
saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. For this is he that was
spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness,
Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. Do you see the
distinct difference? Muhammed craves all the attention and says, "I am special,
I am mercy." The Bible prophet directs our attention away from himself and says,
"Get ready for the coming of The Lord Jesus." The first is guruistic, while the
second is prophetic. Al Hadis, Vol. 4, p. 367-368, Jaber-b-Samorah reported
that the Apostle of Allah said: "Verily I know certainly of a stone at Mecca which
used to greet me before prophethood. Surely I recognize it even now." Attested
by Muslim. There is a text in the Bible which makes it clear what the
stones would say IF they could talk: Bible, Luke 19:37-40, And when he was
come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude
of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the
mighty works that they had seen; Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the
name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest." And some of the
Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, "Master, rebuke thy disciples.
And he (Jesus) answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should
hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. If the stones ever
do cry out, it will be in praise of The Lord Jesus Christ, their creator, not
in greeting of a man who rejected the Messiah. Al Hadis, Vol. 4, p. 389-391,
In this Hadith we have an account by Muhammed in which he claims that the angel
Gabriel came down and split open Muhammed's chest, washed it in the water of the
well at Zamzam, poured wisdom and faith into his chest, then took him by the hand
and ascended to Paradise. What follows resembles nothing from the Bible.
The high point of Muhammed's visit to Paradise was to come to Allah as he was
tallying up the accounts of those who should enter Paradise. The Apostle of
Allah said, "Allah ordained fifty prayers a day for Muslims. I returned with that
and passed by Moses on my way out of Paradise. Moses asked what Allah had ordained
for Muslim prayer. I told him, fifty times a day. Moses said, 'Return to Allah
and ask for less because your followers will not be able to pray that much.' I
did so, and Allah remitted half. I returned to Moses and told him Allah had remitted
half. Moses said, 'It is still too much. Go back and ask for less.' I went back
again, and Allah said, 'They can pray five times a day, but it will be fifty to
me." Attested by agreement. Page 222 This story
makes heaven into a big suk, or market, where Allah and the prophets bargain for
discounts on holiness and devotion. It also implies that Moses knew better than
Allah what was good for the people. Blasphemy! Al Hadis, Vol. 4, p. Abu
Hurairah reported that the Apostle of Allah said, (Muhammed speaking of himself
) "By the One in whose hand is the life of Muhammed, certainly there will come
a day upon you in which you will not recognize me, but when you recognize me,
I shall be dearer to you than your family members or you property." Attested by
Muslim. That is a classic messianic saying. No Bible prophet ever said
such self-serving things, but Jesus Christ did in The Bible, Matthew 10:37,
He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that
loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Only God the Son
dared speak these words. Bible, Matthew 19:29, And every one that hath
forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children,
or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit
everlasting life. You see, Jesus Christ was either Emmanuel, God with us,
the Messiah of Elohim, or He was a raging impostor. For Muhammed to claim he reverenced
Jesus, then claim that Muslims would follow Muhammed with Messianic zeal, is a
gross insult to Jesus Christ. Muhammed and Christ cannot both be true. One is
a bold-faced liar. (FOOTNOTE 28: The Bible, Matthew 1:23) Islam
claims that Muhammed was the Paraclete whom Jesus said would come after he ascended
to heaven. The Paraclete was the Holy spirit for whom the followers of Jesus waited
in the upper room at Pentecost, fifty days after Jesus ascended to heaven.
After the return of Jesus back to heaven, the followers of Jesus were gathered
in a room in prayer. A rushing wind sent through the room, something like flames
appeared, and people were given the ability to speak in languages of the Middle
East which the speaker did not know. They spoke of Jesus Christ and his Gospel
to those gathered. The miracles done were the work of the Holy Spirit whom Jesus
promised would come after he, Jesus, returned to heaven. Peter made it clear
that the Paraclete, the Holy Spirit of God, was not Muhammed in The Bible,
Acts 2:16-21, But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall
come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all
flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall
see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my
handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall
prophesy: And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath;
blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and
the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come: And it
shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be
saved. Page 223 For our purposes, we see that fifty
days after Jesus' return in glory to heaven, the words spoken 500 years before,
by the prophet Joel, were fulfilled. "This is that..." is when God will
"pour out my Spirit." There were Arabians at that event, according to verse
11 of Acts 2, but Muhammed was not one of them. To believe that Muhammed is
the Paraclete, the Spirit of God, is to place him at that event 600 years before
he was born, which would imply that he is eternally present and part of the eternal
Godhead. There goes Islamic monotheism! They keep digging the hole deeper, but
one day they will find they cannot climb out. So, we see that Muhammed saw
himself as a wheeler-dealer, who went to heaven to get a discount on prayer, with
the help of his old bargaining assistant, Moses. Those who claim to follow Muhammed
are damned to hell if they don't respect his person. At his death he appointed
no successor like Elijah did with Elisha since he thought he was one of a kind.
He clearly made himself a guru in the truest sense, and the fruit of his arrogance
is the Sunni / Shiite feud which started shortly after his death and continues
to this hour. (FOOTNOTE 29: 229 / 109 / 125; 143 / 157 / 272)
THE FOLLOWERS OF GURU MUHAMMED
Long ago, a gentleman of San Francisco once declared himself
to be King of California. The people in San Francisco, peculiar from the beginning,
thought it would be a jolly good show to go along with him. So, the people of
that city treated him royally, let him eat free in restaurants, and even gave
him a royal burial after he died. Though the mentally ill King of California believed
he was king, his subjects knew that it was all a joke. What if they had decided
to believe him? Would you not say they were mad? When a man stands up and
claims that he was the first cause of creation, eternal, the Paraclete, and that
his physical person must be venerated if we want to go to Paradise, we declare
him to be either the Messiah, the God of heaven, or a blithering fool. The followers
of Muhammed make it clear that they believe every one of his claims, indeed, they
add to his divine aura with their tales and claims. No Pope, heretic, or true
Apostle of the Bible was held in such high esteem as was guru Muhammed by his
followers. Page 224 Al Hadis, Vol. 4, p. 337, Omme Solaim,
a wife of Muhammed, reported that the Messenger of Allah used to take a mid-day
nap near her. She used to spread a leather, and he would sleep on it. He perspired
profusely and she used to gather his perspiration and put it in a perfume box.
The Holy Prophet asked, "O Omme Solaim, what is this?" She said, "We put your
perspiration in our perfume box because it is the most fragrant of the perfumes.
We wish its blessing for our children." Muhammed said, "You are right." Attested
by agreement. What comment is needed to such guruistic nonsense? This
legend was not just the notion of a silly wife, Al Hadis, Vol. 4, p.
340, Jaber reported that whenever the Holy Prophet tread on any path, when someone
passed by later, that they could recognize that the prophet had passed by there
because they could smell the fragrance of his perspiration. Attested by Darimi.
I am reminded of Saint Francis of Asissi. He never took a bath because
he thought it was a sign of spiritual weakness, and for this the Roman Catholic
Church exalted him to sainthood. When men want to guruize a man, nothing about
him is less than sweet and refreshing, even if he smells like an old goat.
In the Bible we have a statement by David showing the divine contrast to Omme
Solaim's tomfoolery. The Bible, Psalms 56:8, Thou tellest my wanderings: put
thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book? In David's day it
was the custom for funeral mourners to wail and cry and produce real tears, often
for hire. They would collect their tears in small bottles and give them to the
survivors of the deceased. David was in great sorrow, and he asked God to
keep a record of his weeping and hurt spirit. It is a beautiful picture we have
of the God of heaven moved by the crying of his children, and what a contrast
with a silly wife collecting the stinking sweat of a sleeping prophet! Three
Hadith follow with little comment. They show the divine aura Muhammed had for
the early Muslims. Al Hadis, Vol. 4, p. 339, Jaber-b-Samorah reported, "I saw
the prophet on a moon-lit night. The prophet was wearing a red gown. I looked
at the moon and at Muhammed, and lo, he was more beautiful than the moon." Attested
by Tirmizi and Darimi. Al Hadis, Vol 4, p. 340, Ibn Abbas reported
that the Holy Prophet's front teeth were wide apart. When he spoke, it seemed
that light was coming from between his two front teeth. Attested by Darimi.
Page 225 Al Hadis, Vol 4, p. 605, Ayesha reported that
when Muhammed died, the men didn't know if they should remove his clothing
to wash him like they did for everyone else. To prevent them from doing evil,
Allah put them to sleep, and each of them woke up with his shoulder in his chest.
A voice came from nowhere saying, "Leave his clothes on him." So they poured water
over his clothes and buried him. Attested by Baihaqi. Do you see the
divine or guruistic cult that formed around Muhammed? No prophet of the Bible
was ever seen in this light, on the contrary, because of their message against
the people's sins, they were often hated and killed. Samuel Zwemmer tells us that
some of Muhammed's women followers were so zealous for him that they left their
husbands to go to be with him in Medina. (FOOTNOTE 30: 186 / 142 / 656)
This violates the clear teaching of the Apostle Paul in The Bible, I Corinthians
7:13, And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased
to dwell with her, let her not leave him. You can see why Ahmed Deedat, and
his fellow Islamic Mullahs, hate the Apostle Paul. Their prophet was in gross
violation according to God's revelation through Paul. Philip Hitti points
out that Muhammed clearly had a divine aura with his followers. Will Durant explains
that when Muhammed came to power, Arabia was a dusty heap of desert flotsam made
up of idolatrous tribes. Much like Germany before Hitler, there was no cohesion
in the various cultures or social groups. Like Hitler, Muhammed drew all of the
Arab tribes together, wiped out local identity, and formed a nation. The Arabs
had their first taste of national identity, and they liked it. The next step,
historically, is for such a movement to go out and conquer. Since Muhammed rallied
them around Allah and Islam, they conquered in the name of Allah. Many Germans,
blinded by Hitler's social restoration, approved of the Jews being gassed.
In the same way, the first Muslims were blinded to the humanity of Muhammed, guruized
him, and launched a blood bath on the world that continues to this hour in Sudan,
Israel, Croatia, and elsewhere. Muhammed became the guru of Allah, the political
master of Arabia, and he could do no wrong. (FOOTNOTE 31: 65 / 129 / 23;
34 / 174 / 36) The political power was added to the spiritual zeal at Medina.
When Muhammed took over the political life of Medina he ruled with an iron fist.
Infidels were killed or their property confiscated. Jews, who failed to exalt
Muhammed as their next great prophet, were killed. The Christian era has its
story of shame in the same kind of church / state consortium under the rule of
John Calvin and Zwingli. Calvin went so far as to burn a fellow Christian at the
stake for disagreeing with him on a fine point of doctrine, while Zwingli drowned
many Anabaptists. Muhammed, Calvin, and Zwingli do not remotely resemble the Carpenter
from Nazareth, Jesus Christ. All three men may well meet in the same flames since
we read in The Bible, Revelation 21:8, But the fearful, and unbelieving, and
the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters,
and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:
which is the second death Page 226 All three men went
to great lengths to justify their murders. They all thought that salvation could
be brought to a man by putting a knife to his throat. (FOOTNOTE 32: 107
/ 265 / 79; The Reformers and their Stepchildren, Leonard Verduin,
Baker Book House, Grand Rapids, MI) Will Muslims still lie and cover for the
peculiar character of their guru and prophet? In his book, Inquiries About
Islam, Imam Chirri, of the Islamic Center of America in Detroit, makes the
statement, "No prophet (of the Bible) except Muhammed has claimed that his book
contains the very words of Allah." This is the kind of blind mindless statement
that the Islamic Mullahs make because they have guruized Muhammed. They don't
stop to examine the Bible before jabbering because the Arab custom, the statement
of fact in the face of absolute contradiction, is in the bedrock of Islamic doctrine.
Let Imam Chirri and the Mullahs now hear the Bible prophets boldly claim to speak
the very words of God. The Bible writers used the prefixed statement, "Thus
saith the Lord," claiming to speak the very words of God, in giving prophecy
434 times. Jeremiah said, "Thus saith the Lord" no less than 148 times.
Zechariah, who was called a prophet by Muhammed, used it 24 times, and uniquely
added Jehovah to the end, "Thus saith the Lord, Jehovah." In the New Testament,
Jesus Christ used the prefixed statement, "Verily, I say unto you..." a
total of 78 times, as recorded by the four Gospel writers. There are many
claims in the Bible by the writers that attest that they spoke the words of God.
Here are several examples of the Spirit of God taking over men so that they spoke
the very words of God: Bible, Hebrews 1:1-2, God, who at sundry times and
in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in
these last days spoken unto us by his Son, (Jesus Christ) whom he hath
appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Both the Bible
prophets and Jesus Christ were speaking the very words of God. Bible, II
Timothy 3:16, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable
for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
"Inspired" means that God breathed into these men his words which they then gave,
in writing, to the people of God. Page 227 Bible, Acts
1:16, (Peter is speaking) Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have
been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning
Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus. "Holy Ghost" is another old
English form of Holy Spirit. Ahmed Deedat, because of his ignorance of old English,
likes to mock at the use of the word "Ghost." Any Muslim who uses Deedat as a
point or reference is a stupid fool. Deedat is the most fluent liar on behalf
of Allah on earth today. The point in the above text is that God's Spirit took
over David, so that he spoke the very words of God. Peter knew that David was
under God's control. Imam Chirri fails to see that God often uses one prophet
to confirm another prophet. This is because Muhammed cast aside all previous revelation
and claimed he was the only current and accurate source of truth. Imam Chirri
must follow the official Islamic line, so he dare not accept one Bible writer
confirming another Bible writer as God's spokesman. Bible, II Peter 1:21,
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God
spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. Peter again confirms the Old Testament
writers as God's personal word givers. Bible, Jeremiah 26:16, Then said
the princes and all the people unto the priests and to the prophets; This man
(Jeremiah) is not worthy to die: for he hath spoken to us in the name of
the LORD our God. Everyone present understood that Jeremiah spoke the words
of God. Here are the claims of the Apostle John in the last book of the Bible,
The Revelation, Bible, Revelation 1:1-2, The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which
God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to
pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: Who bare
record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things
that he saw. John is introducing the book as the very words of God given
through himself. It is truly amazing that these Mullahs have no guilty conscience
when they make their grand and bold claims. But, of course, any lie in the interest
of Islam is quite all right as long as one does not get caught. Well, Imam Chirri,
I caught you. You lied, and you need to repent and be cleansed of your wickedness
by the precious Blood of Jesus. (FOOTNOTE 33: 20 / 135 / 1471-72) I trust
you, the reader, can see by now that Muhammed was in the beginning, and still
remains, a guru, or even a god, to Islam. Page 228 It is
also curious that Muhammed never claimed to have read the Old or New Testament
of the Bible. This was mostly because he was totally illiterate, but the God of
the Bible would certainly have been eager for Muhammed to read and believe the
revelation of the Bible prophets. But no, Muhammed had no idea what the Bible
taught, as we have shown in Part Two of this book. So the defense of Muhammed's
alleged revelation, as the only true and unique word from Allah, is a fine cover
story for the Mullahs who know that their prophet was basically ignorant of all
revelation. (FOOTNOTE 34: 110 / 41 / 1594) THE
WIMP FACTOR What is a wimp? This is someone who makes great
claims, but in the moment of testing he runs and hides. Gurus are famous for their
wimpy, mincing manners, and they will run from the first sign of danger unless
their followers are there to surround them and fend off the adversary. The classic
example is Guru Rajneesh, the fellow with the fifty-nine Rolls Royces, who had
the commune in Oregon. When the civil authorities came to prosecute the dear guru
in the name of tax fraud, he abandoned his followers to do their aerobic devotions
without him, and he ran off to India. This last consideration will be unpleasant,
but it must be treated to see the vast contrast between Muhammed and a true man
of God. When Muhammed first preached Islam to the Kouraish in Mecca, they didn't
like it very well. They began to plot and scheme to discredit him, and they threatened
his converts with business boycotts and violence. Muhammed finally realized
that he had to act. All of the screaming of Jihad today might cause us to expect
him to gather his followers and stand in battle like Joshua of the Bible. Instead,
Muhammed sent some of his followers to Ethiopia, and the rest he sent to Medina
in small groups over a period of time. The reason he chose Medina was that
the Jews in that city had been having a hard time fending off polytheism, and
they were initially attracted to Muhammed's monotheism. They invited him to come
to Medina and take charge. He declined to go at first, choosing to send followers
ahead to see how they would be received. He refused to lead them to Medina because
he feared for his safety. Later, Muhammed and Abu Bakr slipped out of Mecca
one night and went to Medina by a circuitous route to avoid the Kouraish who wanted
to kill him. Muhammed "bravely" instructed his cousin to remain at home to take
the heat when the mob arrived. This event was later known as the "flight" or Hegira,
and it begins the calendar of Islam. Page 229 Actually, it
should be called the "trickle," since the first flight was made by the first Muslims
who arrived in Medina not knowing how they might be received. Muhammed came wandering
into Medina much later when it was clear that Medina was friendly. When Muhammed
had mustered enough men from Medina to make practical use of the doctrine of Jihad,
he "bravely" sent them into battle ahead of him. Sometimes he stayed at home and
prepared to run away if the battle went badly. On one occasion he attacked and
killed a group of his enemies on a day that local Arabs observed as a traditional
day of truce. The early Muslims always approved of his wimpy tactics, since Muhammed
had convinced them that the prophet was indispensable, so they kept him under
cover and made their own rules. When Muhammed finally took Mecca, he knew
very well that the Kaaba was thoroughly pagan, yet he curried favor with the Kouraish
by retaining Allah, the chief executive god of the pantheon, in the Kaaba. Allah
was not chosen to be the god of Muhammed and Islam because he WAS god-- Allah
was chosen because he was the least controversial. This is the wimp factor at
work. To see an Arab art representation of the Kaaba and the Grand Mosque,
CLICK HERE. He kept the existing rituals of
pagan worship with the seven trips around the Kaaba, kissing the stone of Al Uzza
that fell from heaven, the run to Mount Arafat, and stoning the devil. He was
too timid to totally cleanse Mecca of all these vestiges of paganism, something
the local people fully expected of him. (FOOTNOTE 35: 169 / 479-80 / 41-42;
159 / 514-15 / 194) The fruit of this limp-wristed beginning can be seen in
the extreme difference between the desert Bedhoin and the city Arabs today. The
Bedhoin are famous for their bravery, manliness, and their willingness to stand
and fight for their honor, even when outnumbered. They make poor Muslims unless
they can be coaxed into settling in the city. There they adopt the timid and devious
scheming character of "good Muslims." Sodomy is not found among the Bedhoin,
but it is overlooked in the cities where it is common for young boys to amuse
the libidos of wealthy wimpy merchants. Like the Mafia at the Roman Catholic altars,
Arab bandits stay close to the Muslim merchants in town to avoid fatal contact
with the Bedhoin. The fact that Islam has such a weak hold on the Bedhoin, 1300
years after it was founded, shows how it appeals to the docile and depraved side
of life rather than to the manly side. (FOOTNOTE 36: 60 / 659 / 467; 160
/ selected / 1762-81) This picture does not mean that all Muslims today are
necessarily like this, but sadly they do not have a very manly prophet to inspire
them. We must also examine Muhammed's wimpy doctrine of sin. Professor William
Thompson of Harvard has said, "The age-long dogmatic attack of the Muslim against
the doctrine of the Trinity is due not only to his passion for the unity of god
and abominations of the irrational. It is the spear-head of his assault on the
divinity of Christ and the doctrine of the atonement." Page 230
Why was Muhammed so terrified of the doctrine of the atonement? Simple answer:
Muhammed refused to see himself as totally depraved and a lost sinner with no
hope of salvation. Like all pagan cults, he wanted to participate in his own atonement.
If he were to face up to his sin nature and admit that he could not save himself,
then he would need a Savior. That would be Jesus Christ, and he knew enough about
Christian doctrine to know that. So, like all of the ecclesiastical wimps before
him, he trashed the atoning work of Jesus Christ and chose to set out for heaven
on his own merits, five pillars and all. It takes a real man to say, "I'm a sinner,
and I need a Savior or I am lost." Muhammed was not such a man. (FOOTNOTE 37:
214 / 316-17 / 496) Let us examine the prophet Muhammed in the light
of the ultimate example of passion and courage. This is part of the Injil, or
Gospel, that Muhammed must have heard on his caravan journeys to Syria when he
was working for Khadijah. Jesus Christ was the very personification of self-sacrifice
and manliness, as we see in the account of the temple soldiers coming to arrest
him just before he was crucified. Bible, John 18:1-9, When Jesus had spoken
these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where was
a garden, into the which he entered, and his disciples. And Judas also, which
betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus ofttimes resorted thither with his disciples.
Judas then, having received a band of men and officers from the chief priests
and Pharisees, cometh thither with lanterns and torches and weapons. Jesus therefore,
knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them,
Whom seek ye? They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am
he. And Judas also, which betrayed him, stood with them. As soon then
as he had said unto them, I am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground.
Then asked he them again, Whom seek ye? And they said, Jesus of Nazareth.
Jesus answered, I have told you that I am he: if therefore ye seek me, let these
(his followers) go their way: That the saying might be fulfilled, which he
spake, Of them which thou gavest me have I lost none. (FOOTNOTE 38: Christian
readers see this footnote at the bottom of the page.) Page 231
Jesus purposely arranged things so that he would face the Jewish council alone,
and his followers would be delivered from death or suffering. This is the exact
opposite of Muhammed who sent his people into battle and danger while he hid nearby
to wait for the results. At one point in the above scene pugnacious Peter whacked
off the ear of one of the soldiers. JIHAD? Not by Jesus' authority, for Jesus
promptly put the ear back and told Peter to put away his sword. Because He
knows how to suffer for the heavenly Father, Jesus is best qualified to give the
last judgment of Muhammed's wimpology. Bible, John 10:14, I am the good shepherd,
and know my sheep, and am known of mine. Jesus knew by his divine foreknowledge
that he would suffer terribly, but he taught his disciples that this is normal,
not exceptional, for those who love lost souls. Bible, John 10:15, As the
Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.
Again, we see the understanding in the Godhead is that Jesus' suffering was predestined.
He was satisfied that he had to atone for our sin by such a horrible death.
Bible, John 15:13, Greater love hath no man than this, that a man (Jesus
Christ) lay down his life for his friends. Muhammed let his friends lay
down their lives for him. He sent them ahead to take the first heat, or he left
them behind to answer his enemies. I trust you see my point by now. Bible,
I John 3:16, Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life
for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. It is the heritage
of Islam, that they kill all in their path who will not convert to Islam, but
only if they are in the majority. When they are in the minority, as they are
in Toledo, Ohio, well then they are very tolerant and courteous. They offer guided
tours of the great Toledo mosque, feed you nice treats, and it all seems so genteel.
But in Sudan, the Muslim majority, in 1992, drove 400,000 Africans into the desert
to starve unless they would convert. You ecumenical white-race descendants
of Japheth, who love synergism and religious unity, ought to go get some in Sudan!
With their swords they would quickly make you a member of First Church of the
Immaculate Shish Kabob. Please don't assume, from our discussion, that every
time you meet a Muslim, who is hospitable and decent to you, that in fact, he
would rather stick a knife between your ribs. But, the point is, he might if the
Imam told him to, and if he could get away with it. Why? Answer: Jihad is always
an option to all Muslims. So, the love of God is not perceived in Islam. Why?
Answer: Muslims take life rather than give their lives for other men. But, if
Muslims are not sure they will win the battle, they hide and send some kid to
blow himself up in Israel. Arafat's mongrel massacre of Muslim boys is classic.
You will never catch Arafat blowing himself up. You will never catch Osama bin
Laden flying a plane into a building. This is the heritage of the wimpy prophet
from Mecca. Page 232 CONCLUSION
TO THE CHAPTER: Sura 112 of Al Koran says, "Say: He is
Allah, the One and Only, Allah, the eternal, absolute; He begetteth not, Nor is
he begotten; And there is none like unto him." That reminds us of the Old
Testament exhortation which Moses gave to Israel in The Bible, Deuteronomy
6:4, Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: All cults and false religions
start with an established truth and then add a necessary fiction. It is necessary
for Muhammed to explain his flight from the Truth in the Word of God. Muhammed's
established truth was monotheism, that is, there is one god- Allah. The necessary
fiction was that Muhammed was Allah's one and only prophet from 625 AD onward.
Muhammed taught that his revelations from Allah were the only correct words of
Allah. By the time he got done with Allah (who was already far removed from
the personally involved Sumerian god, Enlil) Allah had become a distant unknowable
notion. This left Muhammed the true heir to the estate of Islam, and he certainly
made the best of it. Muhammed was used by Satan to eclipse the Light of the
world, The Lord Jesus Christ. Muhammed said, "Think of Allah's gifts, not of
his nature." One day a slave girl was brought to Muhammed to see if she should
be given her freedom. Muhammed asked her, "Where is Allah?" She replied, "Allah
is in heaven." To this Muhammed responded, "Set her free." If she had said, "God
is in my heart," she would have died a slave. (FOOTNOTE 39: 60 / 248 / 484;
55 / 53 / 1556; 186 / 130-152 / 650-61) The Apostle Paul says in The Bible,
Colossians 1:25-27, Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation
of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; Even the mystery
which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to
his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this
mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
There is no presence of God for a Muslim, and the prophet Muhammed cannot wash
away the Muslim's sins, because the prophet rejected the atonement of Jesus Christ.
The Muslim is totally without hope, so he has only one choice left. He tries to
make Muhammed as nearly into a god as possible. Thus, we see how Muhammed became
the Muslim guru. When a Muslim comes to Christ in faith, he MUST verbally denounce
the prophet Muhammed. If he does not, it must be assumed that he remains unconverted.
Page 233 Conclusion
to Part Four: H.G. Wells, in his book titled, A Short History
of the World, stated that Muhammed "married a number of wives in his declining
years, and his life on the whole was, by modern standards, unedifying...," and
Wells described the Koran this way, "it is unworthy of its alleged divine authorship."
For this very mild observation, Muslims in India held demonstrations protesting
Wells' work. This guruistic infallibility given to a mere man knows no bounds,
so when Wells tried to deliver the evidence in a gentlemanly way, the faithful
reacted with the same zeal which Muhammed used when he killed his neighbors and
raped their daughters in Islamic "marriage". I have found no reason to go
easy on "the prophet" of Haji Allah. Since the reaction will be mindless by the
majority of Muslim readers and Mullahs, I have given the whole sordid story so
that the few Muslims, who will listen to the truth, may be liberated. Jesus said
in The Bible, John 8:32, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall
make you free." I hope and pray that some Muslims will abandon the system
of oppression invented by Muhammed and that they will be truly converted by the
Gospel of The Lord Jesus Christ. My joy will not be to see them become disciples
of this book. I shall be perfectly delighted to meet them one day at the throne
of God Almighty in the presence of my Savior and the saints of the ages. Let
us give Samuel Zwemmer the last word in closing out the discussion of Muhammed.
Brother Zwemmer lead many Muslims to Jesus Christ in the Middle East, and his
zeal and compassion were well known. He is the only Missionary I have ever heard
of who spent time living with the Bedhoin giving them the Gospel. Thousands of
Muslims believed the Gospel as he preached it, and many more did not believe.
A great throng of Muslims who loved him joined Christians in the streets of Cairo
to mourn his death. Here then are the words of a man who loved Muslims for the
sake of the glorious name of Jesus Christ: (FOOTNOTE 40: Disclaimer of the
Zwemmer Institute of Pasadena, California, USA. Like many liberal para-church
organizations in the past 40 years, this group has tried to tie its Neo-Evangelical
program to the zeal of a great witness and missionary. In particular, they disgrace
Samuel Zwemmer's memory by their use of contextualization, mixing Islam and Christianity.
Beware.) "A stream can rise no higher than its source. Islam
has no lofty conception of ethics and of holiness like that of the Christian religion.
Muhammed's life soon became the standard of morality for all Muslims. In the Koran
he is human; in tradition (the Hadith) he becomes sinless and almost divine. To
be as good as Muhammed is the ideal of the Muslim. Christ rises higher as he shows
in The Bible, Matthew 5:48, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which
is in heaven is perfect." Paul's command in The Bible, Ephesians 5:1, "Be
ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;" is, to the orthodox Muslim,
a double blasphemy. Allah can neither be imitated or followed, nor can he have
children." (FOOTNOTE 41: 229 / 119-120 / 129-130) Page
234 The only thing left to the Muslim is to imitate and follow the guru, Muhammed.
Allah is said to be unknowable. If that is true, then it could very well be that
Allah is the opposite of all of the attributes which Islam has given to Allah,
who would know? The Islamic catechism clearly says that Allah is the opposite
of what you imagine he is. So Allah could very well be Satan himself, and his
Babylonian heritage would support that conclusion. Thus, the Muslim finds it less
frightful to follow guru Muhammed. In his sins, superstitions, and lusts, Muhammed
is like his followers-- this is a comfort to Muslims who seek no higher standard
to live up to. Dear Muslim friend: If you have by now felt the urge to flee
from Islam to the tender mercies of The Lord Jesus Christ, then I can only encourage
you along, and I suggest you turn your back to Mecca, or face the North where
El Elyon or Jehovah is, and denounce Muhammed for the dirty blasphemer he was.
Then go on to Chapter Twenty Six on the Gospel,
Al Injil, of The Lord Jesus Christ, and confirm your salvation at once. May the
true Light of Jesus Christ shine into your heart soon as you repent and believe.
-------------------------------------- (FOOTNOTE 38: Dear Charismatic
reader: This is the only time anyone in the Bible ever fell backward when he met
God. You are a fool when you are laying on your backside before the Lord. All
godly people in the Bible fell on their face when they were before the Lord. Benny
"Gehenna" Hinn uses this to distraction, and I have heard of people coming up
demon-possessed after being "slain in the Spirit." In fact, I have evidence that
a truly born-again Christian cannot fall backward in Hinn fashion.) Back
