QUIET IN THE HOLY LAND

Welcome, Jew or Gentile.

The following is a photo and Bible based journey for the spirit of a saint.
One who has believed in the Precious Name of The Lord Jesus Christ will be stirred in his or her own way.
May our Lord speak to your heart here.

Hit F-11, and you will be able to see more of the photo and verse together.

Micah 5:2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah,
yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel;
whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

Matthew 21:10 And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?
11 And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.
Matthew 13:55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary?
and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?

John 10:39 Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,
40 And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized;
and there he abode.
41 And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle:
but all things that John spake of this man were true.
42 And many believed on him there.

Mark 1:21 And they went into Capernaum;
and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught.
22 And they were astonished at his doctrine:
for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.

Many of the scenes today which Catholic sillies and Jewish tour guides claim are the points
or heritage of Jesus Christ..... they are all hype. This scene may be the very spot where our
Lord and Master taught-- with authority.
May we also speak with authority, the very words of the Gospel with power.

John 9:4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day:
the night cometh, when no man can work.
5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

Matthew 16:21 From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples,
how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes,
and be killed, and be raised again the third day.
22 Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord:
this shall not be unto thee.
23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me:
for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

Are we in his way, or are we in THE way, "walk ye in it"?
Everyone is on his way somewhere.

Matthew 8:23 And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.
24 And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea,
insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
25 And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.
26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith?
Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
27 But the men marvelled, saying,
What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!

John 9:1 And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.
2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?
3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents:
but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
6 When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle,
and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,
7 And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.)
He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.

I once was lost,
But, now I'm found;
Was blind, but now I see.

Luke 4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan,
and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,
2 Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing:
and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.
3 And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God.......

And he will say the same thing to you.
"If you are really a Chritsian......."
Each temptation was answered by Jesus Christ by quoting the Word of God.

Jesus did nothing at the Dead Sea.
Why? Answer: It was dead, while Galilee was full of life.
Is your life a Dead Sea or a Sea of Galilee?
Can The Lord Jesus go fishing in your life and win souls?

Song of Solomon 1:14 My beloved is unto me
as a cluster of camphire in the vineyards of Engedi.

Luke 4:5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain,
shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them:
for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

Satan calls to you also. There is a momentary satisfaction in Satanic
glory and the religion of materialism.
The short cut to riches is seductive.
What is the answer we must give our Adversary?

8 And Jesus answered and said unto him,
Get thee behind me, Satan:
for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God,
and him only shalt thou serve.

Matthew 16:24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples,
If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it:
and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Matthew 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me,
it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck,
and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

Matthew 16:3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring.
O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it,
but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.

Today, thousands of Charismatics and Pentecostals run here and there
frantically searching for a new sign-- some proof that the Holy Ghost
is working. Why? It is wicked to demand signs of God.

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:
for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth;
to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written,
The just shall live by faith.

Tell me, if you only had your salvation and your Lord Jesus....
Would you be satisfied?
Be careful-- If you say, "Yes, but...." you may not even be born again.
That "but" could put you right into hell.

Matthew 26:36 Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane,
and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder.
37 And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee,
and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.
38 Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful,
even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.
39 And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying,
O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me:
nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
40 And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep,
and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour?
41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing,
but the flesh is weak.

John 20:1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early,
when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre,
and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple,
whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them,
They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
3 Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.
4 So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter,
and came first to the sepulchre.
5 And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in.
6 Then cometh Simon Peter following him,
and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie,
7 And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes,
but wrapped together in a place by itself.
8 Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre,
and he saw, and believed.
9 For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.

It is beyond my understanding that God would allow himself to be lain out dead in a hole in the rock
That he would allow men to close the door on him and declare him dead.
That my God would spend three days captive of hell and death.
He, who is the Light of the world, in the dark?
For me?
"And can it be that I should gain,
An interest in my Savior's Blood
Died he for me......."
I am eternally in debt-- a debt I cannot ever pay....
And, he will not take payment.
I am free of sin.
I will never be captive of death.
He went in my place.
Thank you, my Savior
Hardly enough response for such a sacrifice
But, he likes to hear me say it.
Have you thanked Jesus for dying for you today?

Luke 24:2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.

Rolled away..... like my sins
Every burden of my heart rolled away.

Acts 1:13 And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room,
where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip,
and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus,
and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James.
14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication,
with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

Acts 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come,
they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind,
and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost,
and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men,
out of every nation under heaven. 6 Now when this was noised abroad,
the multitude came together, and were confounded,
because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another,
Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia,
and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,
10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene,
and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,
11 Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues
the wonderful works of God.
12 And they were all amazed, and were in doubt,
saying one to another, What meaneth this?
13 Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

This was NOT the first Pentecostal Charismatic event.
The tongues were KNOWN tongues and did not need interpretation.
This was the partial sign of Joel 2, and it was never repeated.
Modern Christians miss the point here most of the time.
This was the day the Lord Jesus Christ began to build his Church.
God the Holy Ghost was offering himself to the Jews.
Some believed, and some mocked.
What do YOU say about the Church of Jesus Christ?
Many a fool claims to belong to Jesus,
but this fool pretends he can live without the people of God.
This is NOT possible, for the Church of Jesus Christ
is the natural fold of real sheep.
Wolves wander the countryside and hate the Fold of Christ.

Acts 9:1 And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings
and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord,
went unto the high priest,
2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues,
that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women,
he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.
3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus:
and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:
4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him,
Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord?
And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest:
it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

As a rebel ox kicks against the ox goad, Paul was kicking at Jesus Christ.
Are YOU kicking at Jesus Christ? Where does he want you to go?
Have you never looked into his Gospel?
Are you a Jew who refuses to consider this Jew and his Gospel?
You may bow in worship of him now,
Or you may bow at his throne too late.
Hell, Gehennah, wait for the rebel who kicks against the pricks too lone.

Romans 11:13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:
14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.
15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?
16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.
19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.
20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.
24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?
25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

It is Neo-Nazi blasphemy to say that God threw the Jews away-- the covenant God made with the Jews is now the private property of the Church and a lot of Germans and Hollanders. God makes it very clear through Paul in the text that the Jew will be graffed back into their own olive tree.

Only a Reformed theological jerk would miss the plain sense of the Word of God here. The lesson here is that we, the Gentile Church, should be very humbled and patient with real Jews. God has been spanking them for about 2500 years now, and they are not taking it too well. Once they see his mercy and love during the Great Tribulation, also called Jacob's Trouble, they will......

John 19:37 And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.

They will say......

Hosea 6:1 Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

Acts 8:26 And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert.
27 And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship,
28 Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet.
29 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.
30 And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?
31 And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.
32 The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth:
33 In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth.
34 And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man?
35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.
36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.
39 And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.
40 But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.

If you don't have a King James Bible, you will find that verse 37 has been trashed, either gone, or degraded in the foot notes. Why?

You see, the Church of Christ, the Roman Catholic Whore, and many other pagan cults hate the Blood of Jesus. They either turn it into hooch and drink it, or they claim you cannot be saved by the Blood of Jesus Christ alone. They claim you need water to save you. This text makes it very clear that YOU are not born again because your got catechized, confirmed, and baptized. If you are born again, you have been washed in the Blood of Jesus Christ plus nothing.

Hell waits for those who try to wash their sins away in water.

What is the mode of baptism used in the early church?
This is the baptistery of the church at Ephesus--
The one in the New Testament.
If your church dribbles a bit of water on you,
you have failed to follow the Lord in baptism.

Mark 1:5 And there went out unto him all the land of Judaea, and they of Jerusalem,
and were all baptized of him in the river of Jordan, confessing their sins.

John 3:23 And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim,
because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.

IN THE RIVER
WITH MUCH WATER

Take a look at that cute baptismal fountain at your church next Sunday.
Could you get into it, could it hold much water?
We shall all roll on the floor and roar with laughter.
Could you come up out of the water at your church?

Matthew 3:13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.
14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?
15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now:
for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water:
and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him,
and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Our Lord is still building his Church.
This building is not his Church.
It is the people who meet IN this building.
Here is another Church

Hebrews 11:32 And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:
33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,
34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:
36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:
37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;
38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.
39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

And they are still being attacked. Pastors are being threatened. Chinese Christians are killed in Malaysia. Mullahs burn churches in Bangladesh and India. Saints are massacred in Sudan. American kids are mocked in the school yard and told to shut up about Jesus. British kids are told how to disobey God and become queers. While the persecution goes on and on, Christ builds his Church, and the gates of hell cannot prevail against it.

Where could I go,
Where could I go;
Seeking a refuge for my soul?
Needing a friend,
To guide me to the end;
Where could I go but to the Lord?

Hebrews 4:14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest,
that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God,
let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched
with the feeling of our infirmities;
but was in all points tempted like as we are,
yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace,
that we may obtain mercy,
and find grace to help in time of need.

Matthew 25:1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Psalms 90:13 Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
14 O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
15 Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us,
and the years wherein we have seen evil.
16 Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
17 And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us:
and establish thou the work of our hands upon us;
yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.

And, you can count on it, God is listening to Jacob.
He will return, and soon.

Jeremiah 35:15 I have sent also unto you all my servants the prophets,
rising up early and sending them, saying,
Return ye now every man from his evil way, and amend your doings,
and go not after other gods to serve them,
and ye shall dwell in the land which I have given to you and to your fathers:
but ye have not inclined your ear, nor hearkened unto me.

Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree;
When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves,
ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things,
know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you,
This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

This was spoken to Israel, not the Church.
The fig tree is NOT Israel. The fig tree is the parable.
Then you see signs of spring, the deliverance of Israel is near.
The Church will be taken out and with the Lord when these
things start to happen.
I do believe we can peek over Israel's shoulder somewhat.

Revelation 6:5 And when he had opened the third seal,
I heard the third beast say, Come and see.
And I beheld, and lo a black horse;
and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say,
A measure of wheat for a penny,
and three measures of barley for a penny;
and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east,
and shineth even unto the west;
so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is,
there will the eagles be gathered together.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened,
and the moon shall not give her light,
and the stars shall fall from heaven,
and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven:
and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn,
and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven
with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet,
and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds,
from one end of heaven to the other.

Zechariah 14:1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

Micah 4:1 But in the last days it shall come to pass,
that the mountain of the house of the LORD
shall be established in the top of the mountains,
and it shall be exalted above the hills;
and people shall flow unto it.
2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come,
and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD,
and to the house of the God of Jacob;
and he will teach us of his ways,
and we will walk in his paths:
for the law shall go forth of Zion,
and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
3 And he shall judge among many people,
and rebuke strong nations afar off;
and they shall beat their swords into plowshares,
and their spears into pruninghooks:
nation shall not lift up a sword against nation,
neither shall they learn war any more.

Ezekiel 44:1 Then he brought me back the way of the gate of the
outward sanctuary which looketh toward the east; and it was shut.
2 Then said the LORD unto me; This gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened,
and no man shall enter in by it; because the LORD, the God of Israel,
hath entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.
3 It is for the prince; the prince,
he shall sit in it to eat bread before the LORD; he shall enter
by the way of the porch of that gate, and shall go out by the way of the same.

Zechariah 14:1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be
divided in the midst of thee.
2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be
taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall
go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations,
as when he fought in the day of battle.
4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives,
which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives
shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west,
and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove
toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of
the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee,
like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah:
and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day,
nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem;
half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea:
in summer and in winter shall it be.
9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth:
in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.
10 All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem:
and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate
unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate,
and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king's winepresses.
11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be
no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.

Psalms 24:9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates;
even lift them up, ye everlasting doors;
and the King of glory shall come in.

During the Six Day War of 1967 King Hussein of Jordan moved against
Jerusalem thinking Gemul Nassir was coming from Egypt.
We have a report from our source that King Hussein was planning
to open the Golden, or Eastern, Gate and ride through on a horse.
Many people in the Middle East know that the Eastern Gate is very important.

Joel 2:32 And it shall come to pass,
that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD
shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance,
as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

This is the Zion Gate

Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you:
and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes,
and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

Zechariah 14:20 In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses,
HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD;
and the pots in the LORD'S house shall be like the bowls before the altar.
21 Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the LORD of hosts:
and all they that sacrifice shall come and take of them, and seethe therein:
and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts.

Ezekiel 37:4 Again he said unto me,
Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them,
O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.
5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones;
Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you,
and ye shall live:
6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you,
and cover you with skin, and put breath in you,
and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
