Ecclesiastes 12:12 And further, by these, my son, be admonished:
of making many books there is no end;
and much study is a weariness of the flesh.

2 Timothy 4:13 The cloke that I left at Troas with Carpus,
when thou comest, bring with thee,
and the books, but espebliplly the parchments.

These books are not for the faint of heart. They are not recommended for mothers to use that want their children to be "nice" Christians and stay close to Mommy.   If you are afraid to have your children go beyond you spiritually in convictions and zeal for the Lord, then you definitely do not want them reading these books.  By the grace of God, these books are the sort that will inspire kids and young people to "count the cost" and esteem "the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt..."  If the Lord's return for His church is not as close as it would seem to us, we need a generation of Christian young people that have been raised on something better than Dickens, Shakespeare, Alcott and such worldly wastes.  Children need something to fill their minds other than the usual T.V., video movies, computer games, and the great, overwhelming ces pool of misinformation that has permeated everything from the world to the so-called Christian educational book producers. This section will be in a state of construction.  Please try to be patient about the books that do not have a description yet. Hopefully we will be able to provide them soon.  If you have a book that you would like to recommend please submit it through email.  Please, do not waste our time with ecumenical fluff books or books which quote Bibles other than the King James Bible.  Thank you.

By Definition The Difficult Words of the Holy Bible Made Understandable

By James W. Knox

This is an excellent work by Pastor Knox defining words in the King James Bible that are not commonly known any more. No recommendations for "improving" nor "updating" here.  Bro. Knox is a strong King James man.

Here is a sampling of what you will find in this book:

"CONCUPISCENCE...a good New Testament word meaning unlawful or irregular desire for carnal pleasure.  It is a synonym of lust.

One would expect a degenerate society to glorify lust and immorality and make a god of Cupid. What one would not expect is to find churches holding banquets and parties on 'Saint Valentine's' day to glorify such concupiscence."

KINE, MILCH, BEEVES...KNOP...LIGURE...OUCHES...SCALL...THYINE...WOT.

The Appendices of this book also contain some very interesting and useful information on various subjects including the "thees and thous", The Degeneration of the English Language, and other things.

We highly recommend this book for your reference library.  It would be a very useful book for young people and students as well as for adults.  It would also be good for a newly saved person or someone that is just going to the KJB.

If you cannot find this book from someone else, you may have to write to Bro. Knox at 872 Glenwood Rd., Deland, FL. 32720, Blip.
