Why do we have a minimum order rule? We have gotten so pushed recently that we have no life outside of the business. We had to find a way to reduce the busy work. A minimum order has worked quite well. I hope you understand. We find that our customers who have owned their own business understand. To others this rule may seem unfair. Angina and high blood pressure are also unfair. HOWEVER; there may be a way to get around the rule. First, if you are ordering repair items, or tuning tools, is it possible that you will be ordering more later? It is very common that customers will buy player piano parts, key tops, and other parts, only to return later for another order of parts. Can you get a complete order together? Second, we have noted a large number of items in the catalog which are: MINIMUM ORDER RULE DOES NOT APPLY. You will see those words under the item in the catalog. The CD we sell is NOT subject to the minimum order rule. Third, Many single items, which we can ship quickly from inventory, are not subject to minimums.
